The wait was a bit long but that's what you should expect at the best restaurant in a place where good restaurants are rare to come by. The steak was exquisite. The staff was friendly. I'm glad I came here with the wife.

My party of 3 ordered an appetizer, two steaks, the chicken, and dessert. Everything was delicious. The artichoke dip we ordered as an app was served with slices of bread and was delicious. The main meals came out shortly after, timed very well. The portions were decent-sized for the mains and sides, and everything was cooked to perfection.

We spent the evening at the Grand Canyon and stopped here for a bite to eat. First, the decor is awesome. It definitely feels like saloon from the Wild West. I loved that they brought out our daughters food first so she wouldn’t have to wait and be hungry. Their Mac and cheese was incredible and my T-Bone and potatoes were great as well. The staff was so friendly and the manager came around and answered the questions we had about the history of the building and some of the decor. The only complaint I have is that my steak was slightly overdone. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

I have never complained about a restaurant before, but I wish I would have read the reviews before eating here. Huge waste of our money. There is a Wendy's across the street. We both decided we should have gone there instead. At least our food and soda would have had flavor, and our wallets and bellies would feel a little less empty.

My husband and I drove to the Grand Canyon from our hotel in Flagstaff. After spending all day at the canyon, we were very hungry and tried. We decided to eat somewhere that we couldn't get at home, since we were on vacation. Worst decision of our trip. After sitting down and opening the very limited menu, we decided to both order the cheapest item on the menu, which was burgers, and were just shy of $15/each. We are so glad we decided not to order the steak, which was about $30/each. We also both ordered Cokes.

The food here was great!!! I really enjoyed my baby back ribs and potatoes. Service was also good and quick. My husband had the prime rib and he also liked it. I think it's a little overpriced but with the Red Feather Lodge 10% discount it was ok. Some of the waiters here look very lost and don't know what they're doing.

The bad reviews baffle me a little bit. Yes, it's expensive. You're in a tourist town, so you're kind of a hostage to extravagant pricing. I can understand how that would rub some people the wrong way.

In the food wasteland that is Tusayan, this is your best bet for a meal that isn't fast food.

The service was fast, friendly, and attentive.

Our soda came extremely watered down. Basically had no taste at all. A server came around with a refill in a pitcher, which was also very watered down, so we know everyone else who ordered Coke had the same issue. We decided to say something to our waiter, and he said he would change the syrup and come back with new ones. Meanwhile, our food finally came. We both ordered medium well burgers. Mine came very well done and my husbands came medium at best. They also had no taste. My husbands burger came with cheese and mine did not. They also did not come with condiments. We finally got our new Cokes, after I had already boxed up my leftovers. We also had to wait about 15 minutes to receive our check.
